- Race crew work, trim and tactics
- Onboard, in English, Turkish, Spanish or German

- Pre-departure checks and handover report
- Owner can sail along
Experience
Twenty years of time on the water.
Racing since 2004: Optimist and Laser regattas until 2011, then keelboats, inshore series and offshore races of up to 300 nm as helmsman, main trimmer, trimmer and bowman. Multiple trophies in Istanbul's racing series with a professional team.
Since 2013 I've skippered three week-long trips every year along Turkey's south coast in fleets of 5–12 boats, sometimes as trip president, sometimes as lead skipper (commodore), sometimes as skipper.
Sailing looks glamorous from the shore. On board it's hard work, planning and teamwork.

FAQ
Good questions.
Do we need any sailing experience?
No. On a skippered trip I'm responsible for the boat. You can relax completely, or learn to helm, trim and moor as much as you like.
Do you provide the boat?
I help you find and charter the right boat from reputable charter companies, or I skipper a boat you already own or have booked.
Where do you sail?
Mostly the Turkish south and Aegean coasts (Bodrum, Göcek, Fethiye, Marmaris) and the Greek islands. Deliveries can go further. Ask me.
Monohull or catamaran?
Both. Catamarans are great for families and comfort. Monohulls are better if you want to feel the boat sail.
What does it cost?
It depends on the dates, duration and service. You get a clear, all-in quote before anything is booked.
